Development History
Weishi Heavy Industry has been deeply involved in the field of hard rock excavation for 17 years, always driven by technological innovation and steadily promoting high-quality development of the enterprise. The key development milestones are as follows:
The company's predecessor was established, officially entering the field of hard rock tunnel boring machine R&D and manufacturing, embarking on a journey of deep cultivation in the heavy equipment industry.
"Weishi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd." was officially registered and established, completing the standardized corporate restructuring. In the same year, it was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) (stock code: 874328), achieving deep integration of capital and industry.
Recognized as a "Service-Oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, signifying national recognition of the company's "hardware + service" business model and its leading service capabilities in the industry.
Awarded the national-level "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise" title, passed the high-tech enterprise certification; pioneered the "Guanshan Small Fast Tunneling System" in China, and designed and manufactured the "Chifeng Large Fast Tunneling System," achieving a major breakthrough in intelligent tunneling technology; the number of operating tunnel boring machines exceeded 600 units.
Sichuan Tianweishi Technology Co., Ltd. and Jinan Zehong Weishi Technology Co., Ltd. were established to expand related supporting businesses such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, improving the industrial chain layout.
Plan to deregister the two subsidiaries mentioned above to optimize resource allocation and reduce operating costs; establish in-depth cooperation with Gstarsoft to upgrade the digital design system; showcase two flagship products, EBZ340A and EBZ230M-4, at the 21st China International Mining Exhibition, gaining widespread industry recognition; and pass the high-tech enterprise certification again, with its technological innovation capabilities continuing to receive authoritative endorsement.
