Design and R&D Strength

The company attaches great importance to technological innovation and has established a dual R&D system of "independent research and development+industry university research cooperation". It has built a professional and experienced core R&D team, with more than 40 R&D personnel, accounting for more than 10% of the total number of employees, including 8 senior engineers, 22 engineers, and 10 professional technical R&D personnel.

 

The core R&D members all have more than 10 years of experience in the research and development of hard rock excavation equipment, familiar with industry technical pain points and market demand, and have profound technical accumulation in the fields of excavation machine structure design, hydraulic system optimization, intelligent control, etc.

 

The R&D center is equipped with advanced design and development equipment and software, using Haochen CAD mechanical and 3D design platform software. It can achieve full process digital design such as parametric modeling, sheet metal design, welding design, assembly design, etc. It can stably open and smoothly edit excavation machine model files of about 1G. Haochen CAD mechanical can quickly and accurately open 2D engineering drawings exported from the 3D design platform, greatly improving design efficiency and collaboration ability. At the same time, relying on the online parts library and customized plugins of Haochen software, the repetitive drawing work is reduced, and the design efficiency is improved by more than 30%.

 

The company actively deepens its industry university research cooperation with top domestic research institutes, focusing on breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins and new energy power, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and forming a complete technological loop covering intelligent rock breaking, precise navigation, remote operation and maintenance, and other aspects.

 

As of now, the company has obtained more than 40 invention patents and utility model patents, and has led and participated in the formulation of multiple industry standards. The independently developed EBZ series hard rock excavation machine, anchor machine, and fast excavation system have all reached the international advanced level in core technical indicators, successfully breaking through the problem of high-strength rock excavation at 60MPa-120MPa, and solving the core pain points of low efficiency and frequent faults in the industry's hard rock excavation. In 2021, China pioneered the "Guanshan Small Quick Excavation System" that integrates intelligence and simplicity, with anchor digging machines as the core. We designed and manufactured the internationally leading "Wind Blowing Big Quick Excavation System", achieving efficient and parallel operations of excavation support anchor transportation, and promoting underground intelligent excavation into a new stage.

Intelligent Mining

Integrated Control Box

The intelligent control box assembly integrates a collector, inertial navigation, and remote control terminal, with a highly integrated design.

 

The control box integrates an EPEC3724 controller imported from Finland, a 200W switch power supply, a multi protocol transparent transmission module, a remote control receiving module, and a triangulation angle sensor with an accuracy of 0.01 ° (which can replace the original fiber optic inertial navigation triangulation function).

 

The optimized control box has the following advantages:

It has 24 PWM and 4 DO output controls, with a maximum output current of 3A and strong load capacity;

 

It has 4 DI standard inputs, 8 PI pulses, and 8 DI input circuits;

 

Equipped with 8 AI analog inputs (0~5V/0~20mA) to meet the data acquisition requirements of excavation face sensors;

 

Integrate PWM/DO output control, switch input, pulse signal input, and sensor analog acquisition of solenoid valves;

 

Equipped with CAN/RS485/RJ45 protocol transparent transmission function, with intelligent/remote control system design for multiple models (optional Internet of Things function to access real-time and historical data records of electrical systems within the local area network);

 

It can easily upload and store electrical data to meet the intelligent acceptance requirements of the mining party.

Audio And Video Transmission System

Using 5 or more onboard small cameras+4 small volume power supply designs+small volume voice phones+SIP gateway to achieve registration and management of 50 phones within the local area network

 

 

Integration of wireless base stations and switches

The wireless base station has 10 speaker mouths and can be connected to 9 RJ45 devices in addition to power supply.

 

Electronic Fence System

① Adopting an adjustable distance stable infrared pyroelectric sensor;

 

② UWB personnel positioning function/AI camera/thermal imaging camera can be selected;

Our company has strong inspection capabilities: we have more than 50 sets of coordinate measuring instruments, electrical discharge spectrometers, hydraulic testing benches, Leeb hardness testers, and various electrical testing instruments, which can conduct comprehensive quality inspections to ensure the reliability of product quality.
