Efficient Cutting Core Of Hard Rock
The cutting head adopts a three spiral patented step tooth design, matched with a high-strength wear-resistant cutting tooth seat. Large alloy head diameter high-strength cutting teeth are selected, and chromium steel composite wear-resistant steel plates are laid on the spiral groove to double strengthen the wear resistance and cutting efficiency. Compared with traditional design, the cutting efficiency is increased by 40%, and the wear resistance is increased by 50%, effectively reducing the cutting tooth loss and operation resistance during F13 hard rock cutting.
The cutting motor is equipped with a 280KW single speed motor and a dedicated cutting reducer, which accurately matches the cutting conditions of hard rocks and sets a reasonable speed. The power output is stable and strong, which can easily meet the high-strength cutting needs of F13 grade hard rocks.
