The machine weighs 80 tons, with a body constructed from Q460 high-strength alloy steel. Its rigidity and load-bearing capacity are comparable to mainstream 260mm models on the market, easily tackling full-rock and semi-coal-rock formations with pressures ≤85MPa. Equipped with a 37r/min low-speed, high-torque cutting head, it prevents severe cutter skipping during hard rock cutting. For small to medium-sized mines primarily operating in medium-hard rock up to 85MPa, there's no need to invest in ultra-high-power models, significantly reducing the initial equipment procurement budget.
Supports operation in undulating tunnels ranging from -22° to +18°, featuring a 0.167MPa low-pressure track grounding design with a grounding length of up to 3600mm.
